My Story

Willmichela Toledo – Psychoanalyst, Floral Therapist and Creator of the Ella Method

I am Willmichela Toledo, a clinical psychoanalyst, floral therapist trained by the Edward Bach Foundation, behavioral analyst and, above all, a woman who transformed her own life.

More than 20 years ago, I began an intense and passionate journey in search of self-knowledge, emotional healing and expansion of consciousness. I crossed borders — physical and internal — studying in four countries, exploring the human soul through

psychoanalysis, natural therapies and various techniques focused on emotional health and behavior.

This long journey led me to understand something essential: many people live trapped in silent pain, unconscious repetitions and a profound disconnection from themselves. And it was for them that I created the Ella Method — a path to reconnect with inner strength, capable of promoting a true emotional metamorphosis and giving men and women back the reins of their lives.

My mission is clear: To help people find their place in the world, reclaim their personal power and achieve emotional balance with lightness, truth and acceptance. I believe in a holistic approach that integrates the emotional, mental, physical and spiritual — because we are whole, even when we feel broken.
